I absolutely adore this Starbucks, and Adam—one of the managers—just gave me a thousand more reasons why. 💜 I was having a horrid morning, and his simple act of kindness completely changed the trajectory of my day. He greeted me with such a warm smile and graciously blessed me with the cake pop I had ordered. It may seem like a small gesture, but in that moment, it meant so much. I will never forget his kindness, the example he modeled for his staff, and most of all, how valued he made me feel as a customer. Starbucks Northville, keep doing great things—and keep Adam! He’s a gem. ☕️💜

I was being incredibly picky and unsure of what I wanted and the young woman who works here, Lillian, was so incredibly patient and helpful. She helped me find a delicious drink that I will be getting all the time moving forward! Also, shout out to Julian for being so friendly and kind as well! Too management… Lillian and Julian are killing it. I promise I do not know these people, just an honest review from someone who really appreciates it when people in customer service are patient, helpful, and genuinely friendly😊

My allergy order sometimes gets taken seriously while other times not- I sometimes suffer for a few days but- it is not often. SonI still go and try my best to ensure staff are aware of my dairy allergy and most times it is taken seriously, and I get to enjoy a delicious coffee without chronic pain for 3 days ☺️ Its hard loving starbucks with a dairy allergy, but, I am sure they try and must be hard during rush hours. Always appreciate what they can do for me though. Although sadly I might have to drink more coffee at home due to increased risk lately. Which makes me sad

I ordered pink drink with chocolate foam on DT but the result was weird. Also, they didn't gave me a receipt.

First time here. Pretty big location and I love the design the furniture the color inside! Got a flat white and it was well done. Pretty busy location order took a few minutes.
